How to connect HandCash or Solana so you can cash out.

A cashout option tells HeartBadge where to send rewards when you cash out. You still need the basic security setup first: verify your email, then add a passkey or authenticator app.

Your options

  • HandCash. Connect your HandCash account from Vault.
  • Solana. Add a Solana wallet after you turn on authenticator 2FA.

Why Solana asks for 2FA

Adding a Solana wallet changes where cashouts can go, so HeartBadge asks for an authenticator app first. This is true even if you already use a passkey.

  1. Verify your email.
  2. Enable authenticator 2FA and save your backup codes.
  3. Open Vault and choose the Solana destination action.
  4. Enter or connect the destination wallet as prompted.

When cashout unlocks

Cashout unlocks after your basic security setup is complete and you have added at least one cashout option. You can add both HandCash and Solana, but you only need one to get started.

Changing a cashout option

HeartBadge may ask you to approve the change with a passkey or authenticator code. If a cashout option looks unfamiliar, stop and contact support before cashing out.
