Payment Methods

HeartBadge only shows payment methods that are available for the purchase you are making. Availability can vary by checkout type and configuration, so the options shown on the checkout screen are the source of truth.

Current payment options

HandCash

Pay with supported stable dollars through HandCash. HeartBadge creates a payment request and keeps the order open while you approve it. Confirmation is checked automatically; you should not create a second order while the first request is still pending.

Bank payment (ACH)

Bank payments are handled through a secure Mercury invoice. The invoice is delivered by email and lets you connect an eligible bank account. ACH is not instant: your order remains pending until the payment is confirmed.

Solana stablecoin payment

When enabled, checkout can accept a supported stablecoin on Solana. Send the exact amount and asset requested by checkout. HeartBadge verifies the transaction before moving the order forward.

Credit and debit cards

Checkout only displays payment methods that are currently available for your purchase. Credit and debit cards are not presently offered for new orders. If card support becomes available, it will appear as an option in checkout. Older card orders can still appear in billing history and continue through their existing settlement, refund, or review lifecycle.

Payment confirmation and finalization

A payment confirmation and a finalized membership are different events. Some purchases enter a protection or settlement window before membership units, group seats, rewards, or badge minting become available. Your dashboard shows the current order state and any action you need to take.

Never pay from an unexpected message

Begin payment from an official HeartBadge checkout page. Bank invoices and payment emails should match an order you initiated. If an amount, recipient, asset, or payment request looks wrong, stop and contact support@heartbadge.com before sending funds.
