2026

- Phase 2 IA overhaul. Navigation is now audience-first: Start Here, Members, Program Operators, Developers, Trust & Architecture, and Updates. Release maturity remains page-level metadata (Live / Rolling out / Horizon), not a top-level section.
- Changelog path. The canonical changelog lives at
/updates/changelog. The legacy path/changelogredirects. - Open-source docs surface. Every page links to Edit on GitHub and Report an issue. EmDash CMS remains available as an opt-in editorial backend.
April 2026
- Public docs launch. The Three Rings documentation
structure is now live at
docs.heartbadge.com. Member, operator, and developer audiences share a single canonical source. - HRTB two-axis model documented. Cohort tiers (Founder / Pioneer / Member / Community) and activity tiers (Dormant / Active / Engaged / Core) are now codified in Levels and Multipliers.
