Transaction History

Wallet activity records rewards moving into, within, or out of your HeartBadge account. The exact fields and actions shown can vary by activity type, so the entry details in HeartDash are the source of truth.

What an activity entry can show

• Date and time. When the activity was created or last updated.
• Direction. Whether value entered or left your wallet.
• Amount. The value associated with the activity.
• Source or destination. A program, member, or connected destination when available.
• Status. The current processing state.
• Reference. An order, transfer, program, or transaction reference when available.

Common statuses

Pending

The activity has been created but is not final. Do not repeat a send or cashout solely because the entry remains pending. Open the entry for any available instructions or contact support if the state does not change.

Completed

Processing is complete. The related value may still appear in a restricted or unavailable balance when a separate unlock rule applies.

Failed, canceled, or reversed

The activity did not complete as originally requested. Review the entry and current balance before retrying. A failed or reversed activity should not be assumed to have the same refund or release behavior as another activity type.

Available and restricted value

A completed reward record does not always mean the value can be sent or cashed out immediately. HeartDash separates value according to its current availability. Use the balance summary and any unlock details shown in the wallet before attempting another action.

Privacy

HeartDash may shorten or mask identifiers in member-facing views. Never post a complete claim link, security code, private key, or sensitive destination credential when asking for help. Support may request an activity reference, approximate time, amount, and the masked identifier shown in the dashboard.

Records and exports

Use the download, export, or receipt action only when it is displayed for the record you are viewing. Not every activity type provides the same export fields. Keep original invoices and payment confirmations with any dashboard records needed for accounting or tax review.
