The Ambassador Program is for members who want to introduce HeartBadge to friends, families, communities, creators, and event organizers.
As an advocate for the protocol, you can share the value of portable membership, event check-ins, and digital identity. In return, the program offers clear, direct promotional rewards for onboarding new members.
Earning Referral Rewards
For every qualifying direct referral who joins HeartBadge through your link, you earn a promotional reward:
- Base Reward: $50 per qualifying membership purchase.
- Direct Referrals Only: There are no downlines, multi-level structures, or passive recruiting rewards. You are rewarded solely for the members you introduce directly.
- Verification & Hold Periods: To prevent fraud, referral rewards are subject to standard holding windows, security audits, and final approval before they are credited to your rewards wallet.
Founding Ambassador Match
If you are an eligible Founding Member (one of the first 10,000 badges), you can qualify for the Founding Ambassador Match:
- Match Amount: An additional +$50 matched per qualifying referral, totaling $100 per direct signup.
- Match Cap: The matching promotional reward is capped at a maximum of $2,500 per eligible founding member.
- Compliance: The match is subject to terms, eligibility criteria, holding periods, fraud reviews, and applicable tax reporting. It is a promotional program and not a guaranteed financial return.

What to Do
- Share your link directly with friends, colleagues, and community members who would benefit from HeartBadge.
- Explain the core features: portable identity, offline event check-ins, and reward multiplier mechanics (BEATS/HRTB).
- Clearly disclose that you receive a promotional referral reward if they sign up.
- Direct people to the official terms at heartbadge.com/terms.
What Not to Do
- No investment or passive income claims. HeartBadge is not an investment, and rewards are not financial yields.
- Do not create secondary recruiting networks or promise downstream rewards.
- Do not spam public forums, social media comments, or email lists with your link.
- Do not run search advertisements or buy keywords competing with official HeartBadge terms.
How to Get Started
Any active member can participate in the Ambassador Program. To retrieve your link and track your referrals:
- Log in to your Member Dashboard at heartbadge.com/login.
- Navigate to the Vault tab.
- Select the Ambassador Program panel or go directly to heartbadge.com/dashboard?tab=vault&program=ambassador.
- Copy your unique referral link and review your pending, finalized, and matched rewards.
