Purchasing and billing

• Replaced legacy card-first guidance with capability-driven checkout.
• Documented HandCash, Mercury ACH, and enabled Solana payment paths.
• Separated payment confirmation from membership finalization.
• Added protection-window, receipt, invoice, failure, and refund guidance.

Account and security

• Replaced obsolete verification-link instructions with six-digit email codes.
• Distinguished email codes, passkeys, authenticator codes, and backup codes.
• Added safer recovery, destination-change, and support guidance.

Memberships and badges

• Removed pre-minted badge and instant-activation assumptions.
• Documented the staged lifecycle from order creation through badge availability.
• Clarified pending, finalizing, active, and needs-attention states.

Gifts and groups

• Corrected gift purchase, delivery, claim, revocation, and purchaser-reward guidance.
• Removed fixed expiration, automatic refund, and guaranteed reassignment claims.
• Added complete group-seat purchasing, assignment, and management documentation.

HeartDash and support

• Added dashboard guides for orders, memberships, notifications, security, and destinations.
• Removed brittle transaction-history promises about filters, exports, and timing.
• Expanded FAQ, troubleshooting, and contact guidance across current workflows.

How future entries are recorded

Future entries should state the effective date, affected workflow, previous behavior or wording, new documented behavior, and any action members or operators need to take. Temporary service issues belong in Operational Notices, not here.
